About

No matter where you’re from, now you’re home

Creating positive impact is in our past, present, and future, it’s in Moss Immigraton Law’s fiber.

This simple philosophy informs everything we do and all of our decisions. When we are faced with new situations, we confront them with this in mind. When we meet with you, we do so with compassion and personalized strategies. Your case is our priority.

We have deep industry knowledge because of our many years of immigration practice and devotion to only immigration law. We have appeared before many immigration agencies, including the United States and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), Board of Immigration Appeals, Board of Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA), Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and federal courts.
